The training system enables the trainee to use original components for industrial applications; the trainee can practice wiring. All components comply with the relevant DIN regulations. Action-oriented teaching materials support the trainer and trainee in the training of industrial cabling, they contain at least the topics listed below. The exercises should be carried out with a standard industrial switch cabinet.  The system should make it possible to carry out at least the following activities: - Analyzing electrical systems and testing their functions - Planning and execution of electrical installations - Analysis and adaptation of control systems The switch cabinet should contribute to the following in the training of the pupils: - Mechanical manufacturing techniques such as marking, filing, sawing, drilling, punching, deburring, etc. - Assembly techniques, e.g. assembly, preparation, screwing, joining - Cabling; mains connection, soldering, cable connections - Testing and commissioning, e.g. visual inspection, testing, measurement and recording by DIN VDE 0100 Part 610. - Wiring of controls for electrical drives in compliance with the relevant safety regulations. - Maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems with PLC and electric drives - At least 10 exercises from everyday work, including the necessary material, didactically accompanied by documents (task description, evaluation sheets, material lists, etc.). For example: The installation of an automatic star-delta motor starting with the help of magnetic contactors, a small PLC (comparable to LOGO) and time relays. - The Teachware contains exercises and descriptions of at least all contents mentioned here (table of contents and example task attached to the offer).
