Saddle Moving Surface Grinder
- The machine adopts a saddle moving structure, and the transverse guide rail is attached with Teflon material. A closed hydraulic system is provided for the worktable's movement. One can set the forward and backward feed, or the motor can drive the screw to feed intermittently automatically. The downward movement of wheel can be achieved by using the lifting motor for quick lifting (AHD) or the servo motor for quick lifting and automatic feeding (AHD) - this can also be accomplished manually. The machine uses a high precision sliding screw, high strength cast iron foundation. Wheel head spindle includes a precise angular contact rolling bearing, high rigid sleeve structure.
