4.0 Spare Parts:
4.1 A list of manufacturer’s recommended spare parts for 2 years of operation must be submitted for each unit. The list must be itemised, cost and submitted with your bid.
5.0 After-sales service:
5.1 Supply the name, Tel./Fax number and email or postal address of your service agents in South Sudan or neighbouring countries.
5.2 State who will be responsible for undertaking the pre-delivery inspection of your equipment upon arrival.
5.3 The bid price must include the cost of delivery and installation
