Features:
The module must reproduce an intersection having four two-way streets (North, South, East, West) and three traffic lights, one for the cars coming from the West, one for the cars coming from the East, and one for the cars coming from the South; there must be also a pedestrian traffic light located at the North-West intersection to allow pedestrians to signal and cross the street (the West in the application). For the simulation of the cars which cross the intersection, four buttons must be introduced (E sw, S sw, W sw and N sw) respectively located in the four principal directions; for the pedestrian signaling, the button Cr sw must be placed next to the relative traffic light, to simulate and activate that signaling. The contacts of the first five buttons with the relative common have to be located on the left side of the module. The LED contacts for all four traffic lights must be on the right side (three for the S red, S yellow, S green, W/E red, W/E yellow, W/E green intersection and the Cr red, Cr green pedestrians). The automatic control of the semaphore system must be performed through PLC, as a function of the arrival of the cars or the call by a pedestrian. All the above situations must be simulated through pushbuttons. The trainer must be supplied with manual in English language.
