2. Guide guests to various departments and offices, including:

- Student Services
- Accounts Office
- Registrar Office
- HR Office
- FICT, FBAC, and Public Health departments
- Director Academic Office
- Vice Chancellor Office
- Quality Office
3. Present fee details for specific programs.
4. Offer basic information about the university.
5. Respond to and react to guest queries.
