- Energy range: from 40KeV to 1.2MeV or better.
- Geiger tube with 0.50" dia. mica end window. 2.0-3.0 mg / sq. cm density.
- Cobalt-60 response: 1095 cpm per mR/hr.
- Maximum shielded background count < 10 cpm.
- Dead time < 100 microseconds.
- Response time: 2 seconds in a field of 1 mR/hr.
- Alert set at 1mR/hr: red led and strong beep (can be turned off)
- Optional vibrator for greater discretion or use in noisy environment.
- 6 digit LCD screen displays either the instant radioactivity or the cumulative radiation exposure.
