• The kit can be a single unit or multiple units (Control Unit, Loading Unit and Cables & Accessories) for easy transportation and handling. 
• Instruments must have CT Secondary current measurement facility. Range from 0 to 10A with resolution of the secondary current measurement meter should be 1mA or less with Current measurement accuracy less than or equal to ± 0.5% of reading ± 0.5% of range 
• Kit should be sturdy, easily portable and modular type and each module weight should not exceed 50kg for easy handling. Kit can be a single unit or in two units. In case of Multiple units, each unit should not be weighing more than 50kg and total weight of the kit with all cables and accessories should not be more than 100kg. 
• If the weight of the loading unit is less than 25kg, the output cable set should be of 2m length. If the weight of the loading unit is more than 25kg, the output cable set should be of 12m length. 
• Necessary interconnecting cables should be supplied along with the kit. 
• The input Power supply cable, to be supplied with the kit should be of at least 3m in length. 
• Necessary output copper cable (multiple parallel very flexible copper cables of minimum 120mm2 cross section each) should be supplied along with the kit to carry the rated current into the CT Primary. 
• Cable length should be sufficient to inject the required current into the Primary side of a fully erected CT (height of around 10-12m from the ground) while operating the kit from the ground level. 
• The kit should be provided with a metallic / plastic robust enclosure. 
• Kit shall have safety features like input supply fuses, MCBs, Power ON indications etc.
