Provide a potentiometer to this input if possible so that we can simulate the analogue inputs even without sensors.

The 16 I/O must be placed with a terminal port also known as a binding post for easy wiring access and termination.
The inputs must be in the upper portion also with the toggle switch or push button switch and the outputs must be in the lower part. Please check the picture for reference.

Supports assorted peripheral devices and accessories like wires, alarm modules, actuator, pneumatic valves, motor and light modules for output, switch and sensor modules etc. for the inputs, as long as compatible with the PLC module unit.
Compatible/suitable relay/contactor to be used for the output devices.....
The relay coil and contactor used on this system are 24 volts only.

PLC:-Please go with the better option(Delta/Siemens/Allen Bradley/Schnieder) 
Must be 2 Windows 10-based PLC programming software such as Ladder diagram and Logic diagram flat form.
The software is compatible with windows 10 PCs.  Supports Ladder Diagram, SFC, ST (IEC 61131 - 3 Codesys Platform)
