• Certificates and Declaration of Conformity (DOC) confirming compliance to EU/EN 2006/42/EC (Machinery) and 2014/30/EU (Electromagnetic Compatibility).

Training, installation, testing and commissioning
The manufacturer shall provide comprehensive on-site training and certification for engineers and technicians, covering installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of laundry machines ensuring they are fully qualified to handle, operate, and maintain the machines according to safety and performance standards.

Warranty
Duration of warranty to be stated and at least 3 years after commissioning.

Status
The machine shall be brand new (Refurbished machine will not be accepted).
