SPECIFICATION

  • C-frame or square tube pipe frame tables, customised size.

Metal Structure    

  • Material : Steel

  • Steel bearing structure : Elements wall thickness at least 2 mm 

  • Surface treatment for steel elements : All steel elements cleaned with acid and coated with electrostatic, corrosion resistant and oven dried spray paint (thermally painted)

Electric Connections:    

  • Power receptacles : Each table module shall be equipped with 3 x 230V (from each side: total x 6 per table) European type (Schuko) power receptacles with grounding contact installed on the electric panel.

  • Location : The electric panel shall be installed on vertical supports, under lower rack.

  • Low voltage connections : The electric panel shall be equipped with 3 (from each side of the panel, in total 6 per table) adjustable DC voltage (0-24V) contacts and 3 (in total 6) 4 mm diameter plugs.

  • These shall be centrally controlled from teachers' station only

  • Power measurement device : Built-in voltmeters near each 0-24 outlets

  • Connection principle : The electric connection between tables located aside shall be cascading

  • Ingress protection : Receptacles - IP44

Other Requirements    

  • There will be 230V and 0-24V cable installed at the table designed location, connections within the table electric panel will responsibility of the contractor

  • Extra Parts - minimum of 3 packages

  • hinges, handles, screws etc. for easy substitution if lost or damaged during transportation
