- The temperature of the permanently installed thermometer (minimum 10°C division) should be within 1°C of the set temperature of the controlling knob.
- Fan: Provided at the backside with full protection.
- Adjustable Vent: For controlling air circulation.
- At least 2 stainless-steel perforated heavy-duty trays (capable of carrying bricks, heavy items, etc.).
- Tray Fixing System: Allows trays to be fixed at any level within the oven.
- Indicated Light: To show the function of the thermostat.
- A printed schematic diagram should be attached.
