Components

The unit shall consist of 
i. Hydraulic Power pack: with external gear pump having a delivery rate of 2.5 LPM, (approx.) @ 1400 rpm operating pressure 60 bar, coupled to a single phase AC motor (230 V AC) having start capacitor and ON/OFF switch and overload protection ii. pressure relief valve adjustable from 0 – 60 bar iii.oil reservoir, ≥5 liters capacity having sight glass, drain screw, air filter, and P and T ports.iv. Pressure relief valve: pilot-operated v. Drip tray vi. Pressure Gauge: Glycerine-damped, Indication range  of 0 – 100 bar vii. Workmanship and All Accessories.
ii. The technology manuals having full details of installation, operations, service, and maintenance in the English language must be made available in duplicate at the time of installation and commissioning.
iii. Spares / replaceable items/ consumables required for the system must be guaranteed for supply over a period of 10 years from the date of installation. The price list for such items over a period of 10 years from the date of installation should be made available.
iv. Prospective suppliers must provide documentary Evidence of their previous experience with similar units installed in Sri Lanka as well as evidence of the reliability of after-sales services provided.
v. The successful bidder shall also install and commission 
vi. Training should be provided to end users in respect of operation, handling and maintenance of equipment supplied.
