Interior        :     Polished Stainless Steel 304/Anodized Aluminum/S.S. 316 (GMP Model).
Exterior       :     Heavy gauge Mild Steel/S.S. 304 (GMP Model).
Chamber     :     Double walled.
Ventilation    :     Provided near top or sides for removing hot gases and fumes.
Insulation     :     75 mm thick Mineral-wool.
Shelves        :     Sturdy & Designed such that it offers minium resistance to air circulation. 
Finish           :     Finished with attractive and durable powder coated in pleasant shade.

Front Panel    :    Mains rocker switch, Thermostat/PID Micro Controller, Three way Control Switch, Mains a- Control indicating lamps, Fuse etc.
Range            :     50°C to 250°C.
Accuracy        :     +/-1°C or better (Microcontroller Model).
                            +/-5°C or better (Thermostate Model).
Sensor           :     Copper capillary thermostate/RTD type sensor.
Display           :     L-shaped yellow back glass thermometer or Digital display.
                        
Heating 
Heaters    :     High grade Nichrome wire placed in the ribs of sides and bottom for uniformity.

Power Requirement  :  Supplied with cord wire and plug to operate on single phase 220 V. AC supply.

Special Features 
Inner chamber is fabricated with various ribs at equal distance to adjust shelves at any convenient height. Calibration     : Certificate with traceability.
Ovens are available with 300°C/400°C temp. range on request.
