SPECIFICATION

Overview:

The trainer simulates the operation and basic principles of a gasoline engine with an electronically controlled transmission. It provides hands-on experience for students to understand and test various functions such as starting, idling, acceleration, deceleration, gear shifting, fault detection, and diagnosis.

Data Sheet:

Features:

  1. Simulation of Normal Engine Operation:

    • Simulates typical operations of the gasoline engine and transmission, including:

      • Starting

      • Idling

      • Acceleration and deceleration

      • Gear shifting

      • Fault detection and diagnosis

      • Fault simulation (using simulation systems for real engine failures)

  2. Real-Time Monitoring:

    • Voltmeter displays real-time changes in sensors and actuators.

    • LED lights simulate the status of the injection and ignition systems.

  3. Pressure Gauges:

    • Equipped with pressure gauges to display pressure and vacuum pressure values.

  4. Diagnostic Capabilities:

    • Includes an OBD diagnostic port for reading fault codes and data flow from the engine and transmission control systems.

    • Fault detection can be done using a scanner connected to the diagnostic port.

  5. Measurement and Testing:

    • Test terminals on the training panel allow the measurement of electrical signals (such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveform) from sensors and actuators using a multimeter and oscilloscope.

  6. Safety Features:

    • Includes ignition switch, tank guard, steering wheel, and other rotating parts guards to ensure safety for both students and instructors.

  7. Fault Simulation:

    • Equipped with a manual or intelligent fault-setting module for simulating different engine and transmission faults.

Basic Technical Parameters:

  • Operating Power Supply: ≥ 12V DC (via battery)

  • Fuel Tank Capacity: ≥ 10L

Main Components:

  1. Gasoline Engine Assembly

  2. Transmission Assembly
