Purpose: For educational purpose to train technologists and engineers on how to operate GC to make analysis of volatile samples with GC.
System Design: System must be capable of effluent splitting, back flushing & column switching/changing without breaking of vacuum along with software controlled splitter to acquire chromatograms for at least three detectors simultaneously with more than two inlets.

Licensed software should be provided, Microsoft Windows operating platform with easy user interface
Basic software for device control, data analysis & supports a full range of printers
The GC must be able to interface to comprehensive real-time monitoring and diagnostic
software which includes all of the following items:
Real time notification via advisories and indicators,
Chromatographic attributes,
Instrument diagnostics, including leak tests,
Access to maintenance, run and event logs,
This system must be capable of creating and storing methods with stored parameters such as flow rate, pressure, column temperature
Report may be printed from all stored results format with results being combined from different runs and different measurement techniques.
It should be Possible to call these methods during a sequence of samples in the auto sampler.
The system should have the capability of running different methods for different samples.
All the methods, parameters should be through window-based software.
Software shall include quality control protocols.
Accessories:
The GC should be provided with necessary accessories. The presence of these accessories should not limit or restrict our usage as an independent GC.
All necessary gases with Gas Cylinders for Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Zero Air, and Helium, double stage Regulators, Gas Purification System for all gases, all necessary gas generators, connectors kit, column connectors and maintenance tool kit must be provided along with the system.
All necessary types of columns for training purpose.
