Flash & Fire Point Apparatus

Features:

This Flash and Fire Point Apparatus is designed to determine the flash point of a variety of substances, including fuel oils, lubricating oils, bitumen (excluding cutback bitumen), and suspensions of solids in liquids with flash points above 49°C.

The apparatus includes:

  • A brass test cup with a handle and a removable cup cover.

  • A spring-operated rotating shutter integrated with an oil test jet flame device.

  • A stirrer connected via a flexible shaft for uniform mixing.

  • The entire cup assembly is placed in an air bath, covered with a dome-shaped metal top.

  • The air bath is constructed from cast iron and fitted with a chrome-plated brass top.

  • Integrated electric heater with temperature controller for precise heating.

  • Suitable for laboratory use and designed for safe and efficient operation.
