Scope of Supply:

The vendor is required to supply the following items as a minimum:

1. Air Compressors with Air Receiver:

   • Displacement: 3 CFM

   • Working Pressure: 7 kg/cm² (7 bar)

   • Motor: 0.5 HP, 650 RPM, 230V, 50Hz, 1-phase electric motor

   • Additional Features: 0-10 bar pressure gauge, shut-off valve, suitable hose, and end connector.

2. Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator (FRL) Unit:

   • Pressure Gauge: 10 bar

   • Quantity: 1 unit

3. Direction Control Valves:

   • Configurations and Quantities:

     • 5/2-way lever operated: 4 units

     • 5/2-way single solenoid operated: 2 units

     • 5/2-way double solenoid operated: 2 units

     • 5/3-way lever operated: 3 units

     • 3/2-way roller operated valve: 1 unit

   • Size: ¼” BSP

4. Pressure Control Valves, One-Way Valves, Flow Control Valves, Shut-off Valves, OR Gate & AND Gate Shuttle Valves, Time Delay Valve, Quick Exhaust Valve:

   • Quantity: Minimum of 1 unit each, or sufficient quantity to execute the experiments.

   • Size: ¼” BSP

   • Note: The vendor must specify the type, specifications, and quantity of valves offered.

5. Cylinders:

   • Single Acting Cylinder:

     • Bore: 25mm

     • Stroke: 100mm

     • Mounting Arrangement: Suitable

     • Quantity: 1 unit

   • Double Acting Cylinder:

     • Bore: 25mm

     • Stroke: 100mm

     • Mounting Arrangement: Suitable

     • Quantity: 2 units

6. Pneumatic Motor:

   • Quantity: 1 unit

7. Pneumatic Hoses and Fittings:

   • Required Length and Quantity: Sufficient pneumatic hoses with suitable end fittings of quick snap type, and Ell, Straight & Tee fittings.

   • Spare Parts: 50% extra spares of hoses and fittings.

   • Details of Supply: To be specified in the offer.

8. Hand Tools:

   • Quantity: 2 sets (to be supplied)

9. Electrical Controls and Sockets:

   • Required Items: Electrical controls with sockets for solenoids, etc.

   • Details: To be specified and listed in the offer.

10. Other Required Items:

    • Any additional items required to carry out basic experiments and proposed for supply should be specified and listed in the offer.

11. Optional Items:

    • Any optional items that could improve performance or enable additional experiments should be specified and quoted as optional. These will be selected based on the requirement.

12. Documentation:

    • Quantity: 2 hard copies of the operation manual.

13. Installation, Demonstration, and Training:

    • Installation and demonstration, along with faculty training, will be provided within one month of the supply of the setup.

14. Additional Equipment:

    • Air Guns: 2 units of air guns with 15-meter pneumatic flexible pipes with compatible diameter.
