A versatile demonstration instrument that can show the working principle of AC or DC ammeters or voltmeters, using a wide range of interchangeable plastic scales. The meter is housed in an ABS plastic case with glass front and rear panels to enable all working parts to be clearly seen. Moving coil type with accuracy of ±2.5%. Basic sensitivity of meter is 5mA, 100mV f.s.d. Each scale comprises a laminated plastic panel 315 x 115mm, with a sealed moulded connector at one end which contains the shunt or voltage multiplier appropriate to the scale. _x000D Case dimensions: 300 x 150 x 300mm_x000D Supplied without scales.
