1. Instrumentation Power Supply and Multi-Channel Digital Meter Panel

  • DC Multi-Output Power Supply: Provides DC power to neighboring signal conditioning circuit panels via a 20-pin FRC cable.

  • AC Power Supply: 1-phase AC supply through three 4A MCBs to power additional panels in the rack.

2. SCR Actuator (Variable DC) and Sensor Signal Conditioning Panel

  • SCR Actuator: Full bridge SCR-based system with a voltage range of 0V to 195V and 12 Amp cosine firing, offering linear characteristics.

  • Signal Conditioning: Supports signal conditioning circuits for speed control, delivering an output range of 0-2.5V DC (Full Scale).

  • Provision: Two units of this supply are required for the DC Armature and DC Motor Field.

3. DC Voltmeter and DC Ammeter Panel (Configuration 1)

  • DC Voltmeter: Measurement range of 0-300V.

  • DC Ammeter: Measurement range of 0-5A, with polarity protection diode and circuit breaker.

  • Field Failure Relay: Included to control Armature supply in the event of failure.
