  • This trainer should be develop to meet the training requirements for Refrigeration technology, Refrigeration fluid machinery, home use refrigeration equipment principle and maintenance, Cold storage technology 

  • The refrigerating cycle system structure and the real object of the main components should be observed clearly.  

  • Liquid-level glass should be adopted in the pipeline for refrigerant state observation, and a fault simulation suite should be adopted for troubleshooting. 

  • Should be equipped with an AC voltmeter, AC ammeter, thermometer, vacuum manometer and signal lamps, the working condition of the air conditioner and refrigerator should be clear at a glance. 

  • It must intuitively display the system structure and working principle of a heat pump-type split air conditioner.  

  • It should integrate an air conditioner and refrigerator simulator and adopt a real refrigerating unit, which is perfect for teaching. 

  • It should be configured with two systems: an air conditioner system and a comprehensive direct/indirect cooling type refrigerator system.

  • The whole system should be actual, tight, and integrated and is composed of an air conditioner/refrigerator refrigerating system, an electrical control system, a fault simulation system, and so on.

Control System Simulation Software: 

  • Software should combine controller design & implementation into one logical process 

  • This should reduce learning difficulties and help quickly to understand & create a working control system 

  • User can use the software icons and wire them together on screen, just as they would draw a control system on a piece of paper 

  • The icons should include important parts of controllers, signal generators, manually controlled signals & voltages and virtual instruments 

  • The software can be used to record important variables 

  • Plotting the results in a chart and exporting data for use in other programs  

  • Students can create one or more types of controller and simulate the theoretical responses 

  • The user guide should show users how to use the software and how to build and test common control systems, such as:

Fault Demonstration Module: 

  • Should be provided with a dedicated 25-pin interface for the connection of the module to the training platform, the module should be provided with a common fault setting point for the simulation of system faults, such as power circuit faults, temperature sensor circuit faults, drive circuit fault, compressor protection circuit fault, indoor fan speed regulating circuit fault, etc.

  • There should be 20 fault switches available for the air conditioner (intelligent for 16 faults) and 5 fault switches available for the refrigerator.
