Introduction:
DIGITAL COD DIGESTOR is suitable for COD method for monitoring wastewater in-fluent and effluent, industrial process water, and more. This instrument is used by Pollution Control Labs.
Construction Details:
- Outer cabinet is made of mild steel duly powder coated.
- Double wall construction with insulation for minimum heat losses increases the efficiency of the system.
- Aluminum Block with holes (Dimension 38 mm Diameter x 76 mm Depth) is used to hold 6 nos COD tubes.
- Aluminum Block is heated to maintain temperature up to 180° C
- Solid state Digital Temperature Controller, appropriate heater & insulation selection assure uniformity in all the samples.
- Selectable timer up to 120 min/h alarm is provided to set the digestion period (Refluxing).
- After digestion, analyze the sample with titrimetric method. (without chemicals and accessories for Titration)
- Supplied with 6 sets of Glassware (COD Tubes and COD Air Condensers)
Note:
- Supplied without OPTIONAL stand for keeping Glass wares.
- Supplied without bath for immediate and fast cooling of glass wares (Quoted separately).
- Chemicals, Glass burette and titration stand required for Titration has to be arranged by the customer or can be provided by us at extra cost.
