Technical Specifications : 

  • This unit provides a complete control solution for a fully functional automated assembly system.
  • The entire aluminum structure conveyor belt is driven by a DC brushless gear motor. Its side slots can be used to install various detections.
  • The rotating cylinder with a plug is used to position the workpiece on the conveyor belt so that the assembly process proceeds in sequence.
  • The horizontal movement of the suction cup uses a rodless cylinder, and the vertical movement uses a dual-axis cylinder.
  • It is designed and built on one platform, including electrical control system, vacuum suction ,cup pick-and-place structures, pipeline conveying  mechanisms, various aviation actuators, etc.
  • All terminals are lead out at the top of the color printed panel. The pneumatic is driven by a small compressor, which is highly convenient, and the  connection uses quick connectors.
