SPECIFICATION
- Simple to use spot welder that allows single or double pulses with increased control when welding oxide, galvanized, stainless and coated steels. The foot operated foot pedal provides a welding current output range of 40 - 180 amps DC. Requiring a 400 V (50 A) single phase supply, this spot welder has a welding power of 50 KVA (max) / 25 KVA at 25%. Features electronic 'DIGIT' controller with 5-step welding sequence, digital control panel, adjustable peak pressure and adjustable throat depth. The standard arm length is 340 to 480 mm and the distance between the arms is 200 mm. Accepts electrode sizes from 1.6 to 5mm with an electrode force of 204kgF at 304mm / 140kgF at 450mm max.
